职位描述：
1、通过电话预约每周公开体验课程、沙龙等，维护现有客户，保持积极沟通；
2、与到访家长进行课程规划沟通，根据客户年龄和需求推荐合适课程，提供专业的课程介绍，安排教学部门对客户进行DEMO课程展示；
3、维护现有客户关系，协助教学部跟踪现有学员学习状况，与家长共同帮助学员熟悉积木宝贝教育理念与体系；
4、取得现有客户对中心与课程的及时反馈，保证中心与学员沟通通畅并开发现有客户推荐其他学员；
5、对市场部提供的活动主题及活动内容迅速做出反应，做好咨询准备；
6、分解每月个人销售业绩指标，确保每周/月能够持续达到或超过个人销售指标；
7、 重视团队合作精神和保持销售欲望，享受工作带来的乐趣。
任职要求：
1、具备为客户（家长/孩子）着想的服务意识，拥有强烈的销售意识；
2、勤奋务实，有不断学习的能力和意愿；
3、喜欢与孩子们的相处，愿意真正站到家长和孩子的角度考虑为他们解决问题并给出建议；
4、可以接受周末上班（周一周二双休）；

      Gymangel International Early Education aims to promote the balanced development of physique, intelligence, and social emotions of children aged 0–6 years old. The classes has been co-developed by the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Chinese National Institute for Education Research, Peking University, and the International Toy Library Association.
