Accountable for 工作职责:

1) Make advertising scheme and be able to implement, execute, track and do the assessment activities step by step in a right method.

制定广告宣传方案，有步骤、有方法地组织实施、执行，并跟踪、评估活动。

2) Able to work independently in various project of the marketing communication. When in charge of the module in marketing communication, able to communicate with the customers and promote the progress of the work.

参加市场策划的各个项目工作，能够在分管模块工作中独立与客户沟通，并推进工作进程。

3) Control the brand image use outside the company.

监督与管理公司品牌的对外形象识别。

4) Sort and file marketing related journals, advertising material at regular intervals.

定期整理归档市场部相关的期刊、广告等资料。

5) Regularly updated competitor information and market information.

定期更新竞品信息与市场相关信息。

6) Arrange marketing department meetings, activities and collate meeting minutes.

安排市场部部门会议，活动并整理会议纪要。

7) Help to promote and coordinate the marketing manager of marketing department daily work.

协助市场经理推进和协调市场部的日常工作。

8) Responsible for handling the external calls and arrange express for department.

负责专接处理外部来电，安排快递。

9) Other tasks assigned by marketing manager.

完成其它市场部经理指派的工作。

10) Special Event Team Support.

特别项目支持。

Skills, Qualifications, Experience技能，资格，经验:

1) Above Juniro of University Bachelor, major in marketing, advertising related major. Be able to work at least 4 days per week

本科大三以上，市场、广告相关专业。每周至少上班4天。

2) Listening, speaking, reading and writing skills in English.

英语听、说、读、写熟练。

3) Good command of software like Office，specially strong at PPT.

熟练掌握Office等办公软件,尤其PPT

4) Good ability of organizing, coordinating and strong language expression and communication skills.

有良好的组织、协调能力和较强的语言表达和沟通能力。

5) Strong responsibility and spirit, can quickly adapt to the challenges and the high strength of work requirements, have the ability to support the team work.

责任心强，有挑战精神，能够快速适应快节奏和高强度的工作要求，团队协助能力好。

6) Outgoing and full of passion.

7) Good team work spirit and the capability of solving problems independently.

9) Above one year marketing related experience is preferred.
