工作职责：

1、根据国家相关法律法规及有关园林工程造价管理规定，协助部门经理编写工程造价。

2、根据公司项目规划及建筑方案，对工程项目选用的材料及苗木提出建议。

3、熟悉施工图纸，根据施工进度计划提交相关施工预算资料，确保施工顺利进行。

4、及时收集设计变更现场签证单和有关定额及价格信息的变化，及时更新相关变更资料。

5、协助完成园林工程项目相关竣工资料的申报工作，并及时反馈进度。

6、协助部门经理完成与相关单位移交工作。

7、根据集团档案管理相关要求，对相关档案进行归档，确保资料准确无误。

8、完成上级领导交办临时性工作。

岗位要求：

1、园林工程、工程造价、工程管理等相关专业大专以上学历。

2、2年以上相关工作经验，熟悉相关工程造价管理规定，掌握工程预算定额及有关政策规定。

3、熟悉园林工程预算、结算、档案管理工作，熟悉办公软件及预结算软件。
