Summary of Duties and Responsibilities描述
Closing work结账工作：
? Analyze inventory ending balance and calculation of unrealized profit of inventory
? Analyze PP&E movement in current period and calculation of unrealized profit of manufactured assets
? Prepare Inventory detailed list which are purchased from related parties (submit to Corp team)
? Prepare Manufactured assets detailed list which are purchased from related parties (submit to Corp team)
? Review TCT OBS AR tracking file-check for each month
? Consolidation level analysis of operation expense
? Calculation of DSO, inventory turnover days
? Fluctuation analysis of consolidation B/S
? Prepare sales quantity report of current period
? Calculation of bonus, make accrual in consolidation TB
? Calculation and booking manual journal entry of warranty provision amortization, related deferred revenue in consolidation TB
Daily work 日常工作：
? Review and approve inter-co transactions
? Review of voucher: AP, AR, GL
? Prepare review materials of deferred revenues client name list
? Review and approve inter-co balance and transaction reconciliation of the period
Process and project work项目工作
? Documentation of SOP of: inventory management
? Prepare accounting manual;
? Oracle implementation project:
i. Work closely with Sr. finance manager, Oracle implementation team, local accounting team to support the Oracle implementation project in 2013 – 2014.
ii. Support Sr. finance manager to define local request and to be process for GL, inventory & closing according to project scope and schedule.
iii. Support Sr. finance manager to define data migration scope, prepare GL related data for migration and work closely with project team to validate the migrated data after migration.
iv. Support Sr. finance manager on other tasks related to Oracle implementation.

? Work with sales operation team and HR, to provide data needed for sales commission calculation
Qualifications 任职资格
Education教育: 财务或相关专业大学本科毕业
Experience经验: 相关工作经验5年，具有四大会计师事务所的工作经验
Specialized Knowledge特别知识：具有良好的英语沟通写作能力
