负责派送路线的计划、管理
负责司机工作安排和分工

要求：
男性，25-35岁
大学本科学历
2-4年物流派送运输工作经历
能够适应晚班工作

o Supervise and execute daily delivery by routing and scheduling vehicles and delivery teams / Drivers’ activities, and coordinating with customers
o Conduct day / night route inspection
o Arrange product pick-up bookings by liaising internally with the Inventory Control and Center Teams and externally with contractors
o Coordinate and prepare details / petty cash for airport pick-up teams
o Control issuing of tunnel tickets
o Issue limited amount of petty cash
o Ensure safety at work by liaising for regular vehicle maintenance and enforcing proper work procedures
o Handle minor operational problems and report them to immediate supervisor
o Investigate service failure and down trend of the distribution efficiency

measurements (DEM) such as transportation productivity, on time deliveries, delivery frequency, and propose / execute corrective actions
o Seek continuous work improvements by developing new operational practice
o Prepare, upkeep and file operational and worker data, records, notices, reports, statistics,
o Monitor the performance of workers, contractors and vendors
o Assist in workers’ training, development and motivation
o Deploy additional manpower by arranging workers’ working overtime, temporary helper or contractor’s help whenever necessary
o Handle and report workers’ injury at work, and prepare relevant documents
o Handle emergencies and coordinate with relevant parties
o Ensure a smooth handover to the Supervisor of the next shift


REQUIREMENT:



o 4 years distribution service or logistics experience, of which 2 years in a supervisory role. Ability to lead a transport fleet and technical experience in vehicles highly desirable

o College degree or above major in Transport Management, Logistics Management, Business Administration, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Science or related disciplines
