Key responsibilities:

Be responsible for daily warehouse activities to ensure delivering the products to customers effectively.

Participate in controlling operations quality and cost efficiently to achieve targets.

Provide innovation scheme to ensure team compliance of all procedures and seek continuous process improvements.

Assist to build, manage and develop the team through coaching, motivation and leadership.

Key accountabilities:

1.Operation

- Ensure the operation process is operated in compliance with HAVI’s international standards

- Ensure the operation process meets customers’ requirements including supply assurance and cold chain assurance

- Monitor the operation process to achieve distribution efficiency measurements (DEM).

- Ensure all the equipment and facilities are properly maintained

- Seek continuous process, quality and cost improvements by researching and developing new operational practice and technological advancement

- Ensure sanitation, safety and security at work

- Assist to plan and approve operational revenues and expenses

- Assist to prepare strategic plan and annual operational budget

2.Staff Training and Development

- Assist to build the operation team and enhance performance through leading, motivating, coaching, training, leveraging, sharing information and job enrichment.

3.Any other tasks as assigned from time to time

Skills:

Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

Good command of MS office applications and Chinese window

Strong communication and presentation skills. Strategic and logical thinking, good interpersonal skills, customer-oriented, innovative problem solving skills. Strong leadership and people management skills and be able to manage a successful team

Self-starter, independent, customer oriented, willing to learn, innovative, open-minded, result-oriented, well-organized, committed, team-spirited and high level of integrity
