RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Post goods issues for outgoing and do goods receipts for incoming;
2. Communicate and coordinate with external vendors on domestic and export deliveries;
3. Work with production scheduler, customs compliance specialist, service provider to ensure smooth import clearance;
4. Log and handle logistics related complaint;
5. Check physical stock in the plant and warehouse to achieve 100% inventory accuracy, optimize storage space;
6. Log monthly logistics charge report and maintain logistics cost for logistics related cost optimization and other initiatives;
7. Support logistics supervisor to make report for analysis purpose for management logistics KPI based on target;
8. Support Logistics Supervisor to set up and maintain logistics SOP for Company;
9. Perform other tasks as and when directed by the Logistics Supervisor.
