Responsibilities:
Research / Insights:
- Analyze the competition from an ergonomic, communicational, strategic and conceptual point of view
- Participate in the research of user types, the creation of prototypes and usability tests and prepare reports
- Understand segments of the target audience: online behavior, needs, motivations, objectives; discover insights (consumer, internet, iMarketing, etc);
Planning / Strategy
- Co-development and executing of interactive strategy and planning for China
- Assist Digital Marketing Manager in transforming the brand communication strategy into national online and mobile communication strategies
- Plan and execute digital marketing projectors, such as Competitive Analysis on digital WOM, Social Media Management & Monitoring, e-Marketing Campaign, etc.
- Assisting the Lifestyle/Niche Marketing Manager(TBD) to develop viral campaigns
Execution Oversees
- Assist in executing all digital activities
- PUMA social media platform content planning
- Budget, timeline, production quality control on campaign basis
- Utilize internal and external reporting tools to compile detailed website usage and digital marketing reports regularly, assist to provide analyses and recommendations for improvements and customer experience enhancement
- Recommend new ideas, identify social media and communication campaign opportunities
Internal / External Relationship
- Work with the local online agencies and the local online buying Zenith agencies (in communication with Digital Marketing Manager)
- Develop key relationship with media contact to capture and editorial opportunities
- Help to collect and consolidate the latest digital trends/applications/sites to colleagues across other teams
- Digital projects status reporting internally on monthly basis
- Control of Interactive budgets
- Participate yearly interactive agency and online media buying agency evaluation
- Work with the project leader for competitive analysis and target group within online and mobile marketing
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing (exposure in digital advertising agency is preferred), online advertising or new media operations
- Previous experience with media in China-in-depth understanding of lifestyle / sports inspired media in China is preferred
- Background from high end consumer products, including fashion, personal accessories, etc.
- Mixed experience in digital marketing agency and in house digital marketing position is a strong advantage
- Bachelor degree or above, preferably in E-Commerce, Marketing or New media marketing or related field
- Knowledgeable about China and international sports field / brands & lifestyle sector
- Strong knowledge in online-shopping platform, social media, SME, etc.
- Critical, strategic, creative thinker with a “Think of the Box” mentality
- Good conceptual understanding of brand building & usage of PR as a communications tool
- Excellent interpersonal / communication skills
- Able to multi-task and attention to detail
- Team player with inspirational attitude / Patience & Passion with Proactive nature
- Open-mindedness
- Effective in time management and plan execution
- Knowledge of web analytics and SEO / SEM
- Active and keen user of the internet, various social media and online forums
