Project Secretary
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Provide assistance to center management in project execution, staffing/utilization issues, documentation, scope changes and any other issues;
2. Assist manager and other employees to arrange schedules, traveling and other administration;
3. Executive administrative supporting daily office operation;
4. Maintain all files and records on a daily basis;
5. Supervise and manage office assets purchasing request, receiving, inventory control and allocation;
6. Translation;
7. Any other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by center management.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in English;
2. At least 2 years experience as secretary;
3. Excellent communication skills with both Chinese and English;
4. Proficient in MS Office;
5. Mature, responsible, independent to perform the duties.
