Job Responsibility:
Be responsible for the sales activity in steel and industrial furnace industry of North China, ensuring the achievement of targets;
Build strong relationship with existing customers and potential customers for long term cooperative activities including key process licensors, design institutes, contractors and owners;
As the project leader, working with the project team on technical specification set up and follow up, value selling to target customers, attending bidding activities with supports from other department, closing the contract, and following up with AR collection;
Business development through introduction of new application and products into the existing customer and project platform in the industry;
Explore the new clients and application in steel and industrial furnace industry;
Keep attention on major competitors’ activities and report to head office.
Job Qualification:
Education & Experience :
-Bachelor degree or above in engineering;(major in refractory materials or steel making is a plus)
-2+ years relevant sales experience
-Existing good relationship with relevant key accounts in this industry preferred
-Age between 28-35 preferred
Characteristics :
-Demonstrated key account and key project sales skills and sales record
-Outstanding interpersonal skills, good teamwork.
-Solid process orientation, the ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
-Good computer skills
