- 负责自动化项目中盘柜相关部分的方案，报价，根据项目和客户需要提供proposal - 自动化项目实施过程中所有PM相关职能，包括控制成本，质量，时间，人力等等 - 面对客户，提供服务，方案解说等等

Key Responsibilities:

· Responsible for successfully planning, controlling and managing major customer projects which require the commitment of significant skills and resources.

· Manage project teams that include lead engineer, site manager, administrative support and third party vendors.· Manage multifunction and multivendor efforts to plan and implement multiple, integrated system solutions to customers’ complex projects.

Do:

· Implement appropriate project management process & tools of the company to ensure all projects are delivered on scope, on time and on budget with high levels of customer satisfaction.

· Define and determine role of project management in each project, including specific roles and responsibilities for each project member.

· Prepare communication plan and related project status reports to key stakeholders to provide project updates on activities and deliverables, as well as risks and mitigation strategies.

· Define and manage overall change control processes and quality assurance aspects of the project to ensure project success.

· Define and manage overall project risk identification and mitigation process through interaction with project stakeholders.

· Identify on a timely basis all project barriers and identify strategies and approaches to overcome these barriers.

· Complete and manage project activities using an industry standard project management process and approach to ensure a consistent approach to project completion with other similar projects within the organization.

· Manage the Five Project Management Process Groups flow from one phase into another. Beginning with Initiate, Plan, Execute, Control, Close.

· Coach & provide feedback to project team members on their performance to ensure customer satisfaction.

· Ensure assigned proposal have right commitment on cost and schedule. · Support Proposal Review to ensure cost and schedule committed.

· Leverage various resources to ensure the project team to meet project requirements defined in sales contract. · Manage team performance to develop team capability and motivate the team.

· Work with Application Center Manager to make project manpower forecasting and balance.

任职资格：
- 有一定售前proposal经验

- 自动化行业背景

- 熟悉项目经理的角色

- 有一定的技术背景为佳，熟悉低压电气控制柜/配电盘

- 英文口语书面能沟通

- 良好的客户服务意识
