Customer Service and sales of Power Eleltronics

to expand the domestic sales presence and acquisition approach within the established sales channel B2B SindoPower - which is presently covering Europe, China, Russia and the America - you will support in all Chinese customer needs. This includes all topics related to pre- and after sales, technical consultation, account management and supply chain processes.

Responsibilities:

l Processing, coordinating and monitoring of customer orders coming in from either the eCommerce portal or other channels such as telephone, fax and mails,

l Explore the product and applications for new potential customers

l Direct customer contact in respect to inquiries and order process,

l Close collaboration with SindoPower Germany and SEMIKRON Germany

l Customer after-sales-service, follow up of communication with customers

l Work on different projects in the area of logistics and process optimization

l Supply Chain coordination and supervision

l Monitoring and analyzing of competitors’ activities

l Domestic promotion of B2B eCommerce channel

Requirements:

l Commercial education or academic degree in business administration,

l B2B eCommerce Sales and Service experience and knowledge optional

l Chinese mother tongue compulsory, fluent English, optional German

l Proactive and independent

l Team player.

l Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills;

l Strong customer relationship ability

l Good project management skill, organizing & coordinating skills
