A) List the essential functions and major activities in order of their importance.
? As administrator：
? Provide administrative business support to GM and team
? Receive visitors and telephone
? Assist to organize and coordinator team staffs such as team building activities, seminar, meeting, training, customer visits, exhibitions and tickets/hotel booking
? Responsible for office’s institutions of daily attendance management staff and other affairs
? As sales assistant：
? Support sales for bidding documents preparation and bidding activities
? Support sales for daily inquiry handling and quotation
? Support sales/distributors/customers to handle order entry and track delivery
? Responsible for the company's sales contract and other marketing documents material management, classification, sorting, file and care of the work
? Responsible for all kinds of sales monthly, quarterly, annual statistics and reports of production, writing. Support regional sales manager for sales statistics and reporting
? Communicate with distributors about order, produce, payment and other relevant affairs.
? Other tasks assigned

Part 2. Describe the Person

A) Minimum professional and educational background desired (include years of experience).

(1) Key technical skills and knowledge.

？ Bachelor degree or above
？ Must have minimum 1-3 years’ experience in related area
？ Good command of English (CET 4) and must be skillful in MS office, Power Point & MS Exchange


(2) Performance Measures/ KPIs
？ Bachelor degree or above. Hydraulic machinery, electric machines major is a plus.
？ At least 2 years demonstrated experiences in sales or account management in either the pump industry or an engineering environment. Marketing Experiences is a plus.
？ Good at English Speaking, Reading and Writing will be plus.
？ Good at Computer MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
？ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
