? Create and maintain Master Production Scheduling.
? Manage regular material purchasing activity.
? Coordinate engineering change implementation.

? Flow down MOPS(Monthly Order Production Schedule) plan to Production Scheduling to satisfy customer demand while improve production efficiency.
? To manage Production Scheduling through both the ERP system and visual control on production line.
? To manage regular material purchasing activity to meet production needs, reduce material shortage and improve inventory turn over.
? To support import/export team on activities required on bond material management.
? To support Purchasing on supplier performance management, especially delivery performance management.
? To review planning model setup for new materials transferred from Purchasing department(supplier, lead time, MOQ, payment term)
? To coordinate, monitor and record engineering change implementation into manufacturing and supply chain, reduce material obsolescence risks.
? To ensure ERP system transactions were properly managed follow relative rules, to implement, train and support the use of ERP system in manufacture Operation.
? To participate fully in introducing new products into Manufacturing via Product Creation Process (PCP).
? To ensure that the quality system procedures of the department is regularly reviewed and updated.
? To ensure that personnel observe the health and safety regulations are applied to their place of work and for entry into other areas as defined in Company safety procedures.

相关知识， 技能和能力要求
? More than 10 years working experience in multi national company, focus on planning and/or supply chain management, medical equipment industry experience is preferred.
? Bachelor or equivalent degree above.
? More than 3 years people management experience.
? Master ERP system, “Movex” experience is preferred.
? Good communication skill and proactive.
? Fluent English reading, writing and speaking.
? Lean manufacture knowledge and experience is preferred.
