岗位职责：

1.负责配合制作人及主策划完成游戏系统框架的设计工作；

2.负责游戏内各个系统的相关具体数值创建，填写，测试，调整，配平以及管理工作；

3.负责系统策划案的撰写工作；

4.负责配合其他策划同事完成必要的其他策划设计相关工作；

5.负责系统策划案程序配合跟进、验收工作。

任职资格：

1.至少一年以上网络游戏工作背景,酷爱游戏,具有丰富的想象力与创造力；

2.严密的逻辑思维能力,对游戏的数值及公式比较敏感,有足够的分析及设计能力,从事过MMORPG游戏相关的开发者优先；

3.沟通能力强,对程序有一定了解,工作认真负责,吃苦耐劳,具有团队合作精神和良好的大局观。
