Job description

This role is seeking enthusiastic individuals willing to work in a rewarding and exciting function as a program manager for regional service delivery planning.

Employees in this role are in charge of:

Ensure the development of regional cost plans (Maintenance A Costs);

Monitor IOT/IMT Costs /GP, Operational Performance & Customer Satisfaction;

Drive to ensure the development of corrective tuning actions maintaining contact

with all the necessary related interlocks;

Ensure the necessary IMTs resource plans are developed / monitor execution and

achievement.

Required:

Bachelor's Degree;

At least 3 years experience in Hardware Support Delivery;

Basic knowledge in Operations;

At least 3 years experience in Negotiation;

At least 5 years experience in Communication and Presentation Skills;

At least 3 years experience in Project Management;

Japanese: Fluent.

Preferred:

Information Technology;

At least 5 years experience in Hardware Support Delivery;

At least 7 years experience in Communication and Presentation Skills;

At least 5 years experience in Project Management.
