职位描述
？ To lead ME group towards achieving the departmental quality objectives.
？ To identify ME Engineers, MS Engineers & TS (EIT) training needs.
？ To ensure products manufactured are in compliance with Company's customer requirements.
？ To lead ME group in improving plant wide realization through process and equipment optimizations.
？ To supervise ME Engineers, MS Engineers & TS (EIT).
？ To plan and lead continuous improvement projects leading to improvement in plant wide realization.
？ To read, understand and support the implementation of systems stated in all Quality and Environmental Manuals. Eg:
？ 9.7.1 4-QC10-1000-004 - Quality Policy and System
？ 9.7.2 35-FS20-EMSGEN-001 - Environmental Management System Manual
？ 9.8 As a DMR, perform the job as MR in the absence of the MR
？ To identify ME Engineers, MS Engineers & TS (EIT) training needs.
