Work with Area Sales Leader to develop and monitor distributors’ networks
Drive distributors to ensure area sales plans are achieved
Build and develop strong and collaborative relationships with the selective channel partners
Lead outsourcing program based on the balance of production and marketing
Lead negotiations of channel Sales agreements and orders to pursue long-term and short term business targets including sales and outsourcing.
Collect and report market information timely and accurately. Information includes the market movement, price, competitor’s movement etc..
Identify and analyze market trend and competitor’s information to work out further strategic plan.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor Degree or plus in mechanical or chemistry
Over 3 years working experiences in related industry
