The position is a member of Volvo China Recruitment team; mainly provide most efficient recruitment services in Shandong area.

Core Responsibilities

· Provide full chain of recruiting services to the legal entities or business units of Volvo Group mainly in Shandong area including job analysis, sourcing and screening candidates, interviewing and assessing candidates, offer negotiation and reference check.

· Implement all of the recruitment administration via Volvo Recruitment Online system.

· Develop effective communication channels to interact with the hiring managers to keep them updated of recruiting activities/progress.

· Support related global and regional recruitment projects.

· Provide support to other areas if necessary.

Required Competencies

· Solid knowledge and practical experiences in recruitment field

· Adhere to Volvo Way and has the courage to uphold Volvo ethics and values

· A business and customer orientation mindset with a drive for results

· Excellent communication skills in English, and MNC background

· Strong desire to learn with consistent learning attitude

Minimum Years of Experience Required

· 5 to 8 years recruitment experience.

Minimum Education Required

· Bachelor degree.
