Responsibilities

• Provides shared services analysis and cost reduction tracking including updates and reviews with management and other functional areas.
• Plans, organizes, facilitates, and manages completion of various sub-projects.
• Provides cost analysis used for strategic decision-making.
• Provides financial analysis on projects or profitability analyses as requested to support the financial objectives of the company.
• Works with unit controllers and BPO partner as a liaison to facilitate communication and resolve problems.
• Provides guidance or supervision of shared service project.
• Manages, coordinates and documents business and accounting processes and process changes with respect to Deere accounting policy and China accounting standard.
• Develops, designs, and documents new processes when problems are identified with current processes.

Qualifications

• Solid accounting and finance knowledge.
• Strong analytical skills with in-depth understanding of business operation.
• Strong MS office skills, especially in excel, PowerPoint, ideally proficient in using SAP.
• Demonstrate strong learning ability, communication skills and willing to share knowledge.
• Details oriented and hands-on ability.
• English skill (written and verbal) is needed.
• Knowledge of project management is a plus.
  Bachelor degree or above in Accounting or related discipline.
• Preferably with professional certification from recognized institutions.
• Minimum 5 years experience in financial accounting/auditing, preferably in foreign company.
