职位描述:
1. 建立公司会计核算体系和制度。
2. 负责公司财务业绩的核查、考核和监督控制工作。
3. 负责公司成本控制、财务状况分析工作。
4. 制订财务工作长远规划，跟踪实施情况。
5. 督促检查各项预算、结算执行情况，对财务报表、财务报告编制工作严格把关。
6. 负责公司资金管理调度工作。定期对公司现金库存、银行存款等进行安全性、效益性、 流动性检查。
7. 负责财务团队岗位设置、人员调整工作。
8. 负责协调职能部门的关系。

任职资格：
1. 本科及以上学历；
2. 8年以上工作经验，其中包括 3年以上中型企业财务主管经验；
3. 诚信廉洁，勤奋敬业，有良好的职业素养；
4. 熟练使用各种财务软件及办公软件；
5. 熟悉国家会计准则以及相关的财务、税务、审计法规、政策；
6. 具有全面的财务专业知识、账务处理及财务管理经验；
7. 具备优秀的统计能力和财务分析能力，能够从相关数据中发现和解决问题；
8. 优秀的沟通协调能力，较好的团队意识和管理能力。
