职位描述
1、参与公司重大经营决策,组织制定公司营销发展战略,编制年度营销计划;
2、根据公司战略规划,制定全年的销售目标,分解销售任务,并组织实施具体的销售方案,确保销售目标的完成;
3、掌握市场动态,组织收集行业信息、竞争对手信息、客户信息等,分析市场发展趋势并制订可行性的执行方案;
4、负责销售团队建设、健全和执行销售部门各项规章制度,对销售人员进行培训及辅导,推动营销管理规范化及科学化;
5、全面负责销售部门人员素质的不断提升,对业务过程进行跟进、支持、监督和改进;
6、负责人员架构和梯队建设的不断完善,支持业务的开拓和维护,确保业务过程风险可控;
7、负责组织、推行、检查和落实销售部各项工作进度与质量,定期召开各类销售工作会议;
8、不定期对销售渠道做合理化的建议并完成上级交办的其它工作等。
岗位要求:
1.大专以上学历,汽车或市场营销等相关专业;
2.8年以上相关销售工作经验, 3年以上产品销售和渠道管理经验;
3.具备较强的市场分析,推广能力和良好的人际沟通、协调、分析和解决问题的能力;
4.执行力强,有较强的事业心,具备一定的领导能力;
5.有汽车行业、汽车用品类销售管理工作经历者优先;
6.熟练使用Word, Excel, PowerPoint,良好的演讲、培训能力;
7.有一定英语基础。
