Responsibilities

• Develops, designs and leads the execution of the project plan with managerial support.
• Provides on-site management to ensure the delivery, installation and execution of contracted products and services.
• Monitors ongoing project/program status and maintains communications with business unit leadership and affected stakeholders.
• Monitors/tracks client evaluations on completed projects and progress toward Shows & Events' budgets.
• Negotiates contracts with suppliers for all aspects of meetings and events including catering, lodging, and transportation.
• Communicates event information to division management, field staff and dealers.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of advertising, promotions, research methodologies, forecasting, profit/loss management and/or customer relationship management.
• Knowledge of products and services offered by the appropriate area of responsibility.
• Skill in interpersonal communication, negotiation, supplier management relations and conflict resolution.
• Campaign management skills including the following elements: designing offers, strategy, timing, printed matter, advertising, public relations messaging, interactions, plans and measurements for advertising campaigns.
• Degree in a Business/Management discipline or equivalent experience.
• Degree in a Communications/Journalism discipline or equivalent experience.
• Degree in Admin/Clerical discipline or equivalent experience.
• Degree in a Marketing discipline or equivalent experience.
