Sea Freight / Air Freight Operation - location : XiaMen

- Mission -

- To enhance business revenue as well as profit share within Clasquin by providing professional integrated service solution and communication to clients

- Responsibilities -

- Responsible for routine daily operation of sea freight import and export shipments in Fujian area,.

- Responsible for routine daily operation of air freight import and export shipments in Fujian area.

- Responsible for building and maintaining closer relationship with existing customers and overseas by enhanced professional customer service

- Reports directly to Office Manager and work closely with agreed partners and agents at Xiamen and Fuzhou.

-Main Job Tasks & Objectives-

- Timely response to customer and overseas booking inquires.

- Track and trace operation process to ensure high standard qualified service committed to clients both for import and export shipments by Air and by Sea.

- Timely maintenance of clients contact list, incl. new clients information.

- Keep good relationship with customers and explore new business opportunities for the company

- Timely collection and submission requested reports to network and office manager.

- Keep all business related filings in confidential and good order

-Qualifications-

- College graduate with Min. 4 year operation experience both in ocean freight and air freight forwarding areas

- Good English and communication skills, both in oral and written

- Strong sense of customer service and can do attitude.

- Accurate, responsible, hardworking, initiative with good personality, independent and willing to work under pressure and overtime.

- Self-motivation and teamwork.
