1.Achieve and exceed sales revenue targets in On trade channel while maximizing profitability by managing accounts through the entire sales process;
2.Achieve and exceed distribution targets by opening new accounts and better penetrating existing accounts;
3.To proactively develop distribution of Summergate's brands across your assigned sales territory for the on-trade channel;
4.Manage payment terms and receivables, and cost control;
5.To implement trade marketing programs, in particular wine-of-the-month promotions;
6.To provide various sales and distribution reports and analyses about your accounts, and providing relevant market and competitor information back to senior management;
7.Conducting wine trainings with trade customers when necessary (we will work on developing your own wine knowledge and brand awareness first!);
8.Other task assigned by manager.

Requirements:
1.Bachelor above;
2.At least 3 years above working experience in Food & Beverage, FMCG, ideally as a sales person for a food or beverage importer/distributor;
3.Can use English as daily working language;
