职位描述
Job Description:
1.General Position Summary
-Responsible for General Supply Chain and Logistics functions, including purchasing, planning, warehousing & shipping.
2.Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities
-Responsible for all purchasing and materials management functions, policies, and programs including forecasting manpower and facilities requirements; establishing procurement standards, policies, and key vendor relationships/partnerships.
-Develop strategies to assure continuous supply and timely procurement of raw materials and supplies in order to maintain maximum production levels at optimum costs consistent with quality and quantity specifications.
-Develop commodity strategies, manage supplier relationships, manage supplier business processes, drive cost reduction initiatives, drive technology improvements and support new programs.
-Communicate with customers for taking order with necessary information/specification for internal planning and delivery activities.
-Review and modify process to adopt customer and market change.
-Analyzing supply chain KPIs and providing their impacts & root cause analysis in monthly base ie. Forecast accuracy, IFOT, roll stock & finish good inventory, capacity scheduling etc...
-Participate and assist to prepare the monthly S&OP meeting & deploying S&OP deliverables to the concerned parties.
-Be responsible for the budgeting, operational costs and follow up of the Logistics unit.
-Ensure that good liaison is maintained with relevant authorities regarding the rules and regulations of import/export/re-export, etc.
-Implement new operations for the customer to accommodate growth and changing business requirements. This will include site and vendor selection, equipment installation.
-Develop logistical planning (including shipments, import/export, warehousing, storage and local services) to support growth and international distribution operations.
-Evaluate space requirements, warehouse and distribution centre layouts to maximize utilization of space. Source and monitor the services provided by vendors/sub-contractors. Negotiate and maintain contracts with warehouse and transportation providers.
-Manage internal system and procedure audits periodically.
-Ensures that goods supply corresponds with the sales; and optimal goods flow, storage and maintenance of the sales system are satisfied.
-Demand planning and forecasting ; Smooth planning process, initiate and implement process improvement.
-To monitor the sourcing suppliers and set the systematic service level & track and report on supplier delivery performance against ETA schedule.
3.Job Scope
-Work is frequently new and varied.
-Work involves a moderate degree of complexity.
-Incumbent determines their own practices and procedures, and contributes to the development of new concepts.
-Duties are performed with little direction given.
-Errors in judgment could lead to failure to meet critical production deadlines, dissatisfied customers, and loss of clients.
4.General Requirement from the Management
-Each employee will participant and fully comply with the company Safety and Health Policy.
-As an employee you will apply the customer concept to all activities of your job to ensure quality in foremost in your job.
-Training is an ongoing component of your job that is you as an individual will receive training and likewise it' s your responsible to train yourself and others within the company.
-Continuous improvement techniques are to be applied when ever possible to your job and we must always consider and accept alternative approach to your job.
Job Requirement:
1.Profession Competency
-Extensive knowledge on Supply Chain and Logistics.
-Good knowledge and understanding of MRP system.
-In-depth and systematic knowledge on PMC, Warehouse and Purchasing.
-Good command of English and PC.
2.Management Competency
-Well organize and motivate team for overall team success.
-Effective manage and develop competencies.
-High demanding on team benchmark.
-Rich individual management skills.
3.Personality
-Self-motivated under pressure.
-Strong communication and inter personal skills.
-Good negotiation skill.
-Good team player.
-Detail oriented and Highly analytic.
4.Education and/or Experience
-University Degree and above, with systematic training on supply chain is preferred.
-2 years of Import/export experience with foreign customers is a must.
-Over 4 year management experience on supply chain.
-Over 10 year working experience in relevant area.
-Working Experience in multinational Company is preferred.
5.Job Conditions
-Works in normal office environment, with regular visits to production and customer facilities.
-Job may require hours that exceed 8 hours per day and/or 40 hours per week, as frequent travel is required.
-Regular exposure to computer CRT.
