－招聘培养方向：高级顾问、合伙人方向
－汇报对象：合伙人

－岗位职责：
1.独立完成客户对接，项目方向梳理和执行落地；
2.高端人才寻访及面试评测；
3.能够指导顾问助理完成项目前期的寻访工作；
4.公司分配的其他任务。

－任职资格：
1.本科以上（含本科）学历；专业不限；
2.有独立操作高端职位的项目经历，具体行业不限；
3.做事主动积极，理性思维强，能够不断自我激励；
4.性格开朗、主动热情，有良好的服务意识，勇于承担责任，能够吃苦耐劳；
