Responsibilities:
To assist the brand manager control the Event and PR agency, including pitching, SOW VS. PRICING, strategic planning and execution etc
To logistics of the Johnnie Walker House in Beijing
To execute a consumer mentorship marketing plan at scale , and plan a team of brand ambassadors as part of Johnnie Walker's Mentorship Marketing Plans in China
To develop & build strong relationships with consumer influencers, opinion leaders and media owners
To spend sufficient time to understand the trade, consumers and competitors environment
To manage commitment and spend of advertising and promotion funds within budgeted levels to achieve the performance objectives

Requirements:

University graduate major in Business/Marketing or Communication
Fluency in both English and Mandarin
3 years above marketing industry experience
Experience of the luxury goods industry would be a pre requisite
Experience in dealing with Multiple stakeholders
Excellent understanding of large brand business
Understanding of Direct marketing principles and broad understanding of technical systems
Excellent creative skills
Good planning, implementation, presentation and negotiation skills
Good networking, influencing, and communication skills
