Job Title: Contract Logistics Trainee
Department: Logistics Solution and Engineering Centre (LSEC)
Report to: Division Deputy General Manager
Location: Shanghai

Job Description:

1. First year in warehouse on-site operation to be familiar with the operation process and system.

2. After 2-3 years of rotation, to be placed in an appropriate assignment which might included: Customer service supervisor or WMS super-user, or warehouse operation supervisor.

3. 5 years target: to grow the best trainee to be at manager level as warehouse operation manager, project manager, etc.


Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree, major in science or engineering discipline is preferred;
2. Good command of written English, CET-4 or above;
3. Willing to work in warehouse on-site for at least one year
4. Willing to work outside Shanghai, for 2-3 years
5. Responsible, self-motivated, organized, good communicator, result-oriented, quick learner.
