Report to: Sales Manager

Main Responsibilities:
· Switchboard operation –Answer phone calls and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals
· Arrange for both local and overseas courier, maintain courier records, prepare monthly statistics and monitor invoice payments
· Ordering stationery and misc. items, and update the inventory from time to time
· Perform any other ad-hoc duties when required

· Provide effective support on preparing bidding documents/seminar materials/quotation/floor plan drawing for kitchen dealers or owners and supportive materials
· Organize sales report weekly and monthly
· Internal operation such as logistic, sales orders, delivery confirmation, service issues
· External connection with customer operation parties
· Serve coming customers in VIP Lounge as showroom sales backup

· As CRM backup to do appliance operation training, event and cooking support

Qualifications & Experiences:
· At least 3 years working experience in sales support or admin, preferably with Multinational Companies
· Presentable, pleasant and flexible
· Fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese
· Strong interpersonal & coordination skills
· University degree, majored in Accounting is a plus

· AutoCAD is preferred,
· Office software, Excel, PowerPoint skill is preferred
