Responsibilities:
? General management for all the restaurants located in Guangzhou and Beijing ensuring 100% customer satisfaction.
? Develop creative ideas to boost business sales.
? Oversees profit & loss and review financial reports for cost control
? Train and develop a top performing F&B team
? Improve overall quality of each restaurant in order to maintain high class service standard
Requirements :
? Proven track record as a General Manager for middle to high end restaurants
? Familiar with China F&B environment
? Well-versed of quality management for年糕、粽子、月饼
? Able to work well under pressure
? Strong team management
? Fluent Mandarin is required
