This role, based in Shanghai, will manages and leads a work teams (up to 25 consultants) to support financial applications and deliver projects for various clients using Unisys proprietary solutions, sets and priorities objectives for your team member, and coaches and mentors staff. Further responsibilities include: assigns and reviews tasks, manages performance, and staffing requirements. Work with internal and external customers to understand requirements and delivery commitments, and uses strong project management skills to deliver a range of small to medium sized engagements, projects within scope, planned timelines, budget, margin, and quality specifications.

Other key responsibilities include:

· Learn about the Unisys project quality standards and use them on delivery work, mentor and ensure your team members to adhere to the high quality standards.



· Establishes strong client relationships and act as the key interface with the client - communicates deliverables, conducts client meetings, obtains required client sign off and specifications, client acceptance and billing. Generates add-on revenue (e.g., change orders and incremental business) from existing clients. Writes accurate and effective statements of work so that both the client and Unisys staff understand the project expectations and roles.



· Establishes and manages the project plan (development, delivery schedule, resource requirements, 3rd parties, cost budget methodology, tools, standards and quality). Manages the development and integration of discrete deliverables, including analysis and create "client ready" written communications and presentations. Proactively reports project risk and deliverable issues to superiors for assistance as soon as possible.



· Keeps industry and/or technical knowledge up-to-date and leverages this knowledge to perform consulting engagements and participate in pre-sales situations as they are made available.



Skills/Experience Required:

· Minimum 10 years working experience in software development/implementation.

· Minimum 5 years experience in Core Banking projects; strong knowledge of China banking industry.

· Minimum 5 years technical experience in .NET or COBOL.

· Minimum 5 years experience as a project manager and have managed all phases of full project life-cycle

· Have good interpersonal skills and team player.

· Must have a positive attitude with a 'can do'approach.

· Good command of the English language.

· Have pre-sales experience.

· PMP certified, fluent in SDLC methodologies.
