The Key Responsibilities for the Role:

· Responsible for providing the Lv2 support of Microsoft Active Directory Administration, Exchange Server 2007, SCCM 2007, Windows Server 2008.

· Responsible for providing the Lv2 support of Microsoft Outlook 2003 & 2007, Windows XP & 7.

· Follow the standard procedure to complete the required work within specified SLA.

· Escalates complex problems to US team.

· Typically provides technical support for internal and external customers. Escalates complex problems to higher level of expertise within project team.

Skills and Capabilities Required:

· 3~4 years Microsoft Exchange server & Windows Server support experience, Associate above education background.

· Familiar with Active Directory & Exchange server (Windows 2008+Exchange 2007 is preferred.

· Familiar with printer server and file server management

· Familiar with SCCM.

· Good spoken and written communication skills in English

· Good communication skills and customer services oriented

· Familiar with ITIL is an advantage
