MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reception
1. Handle inbound calls;
2. Distribute received mails/letters to different departments, and manange ;
3. Handle courier/express delivery daily work;
4. Receive visitors;
5. Reserve taxi for guests.

Administrative
1. Air tickets booking for employees and travel insurance purchases;
2. Stationary booking and distribution;
3. Badge management & application for all employees;
4. Order business cards for employees;
5. Miscellaneous expense claims for UGSC;
6. Layout update quarterly;
7. Conference room booking;
8. Medicine box maintenance;
9. Concur receipts collection and mailing monthly;
10. Order drinking water replacement;
11. Assist Admin Manager as necessary.

REQUIREMENTS
1. At least 1-year experience in relevant position;
2. Good interpersonal skill and attitude;
3. At least college graduate;
4. A quick learner;
5. At least conversational level of English capability, both written and oral.
