Responsibilities:

• Motivate and supervise level one helpdesk support staffs;
• Administer performance management by diagnosing improvement opportunities, providing effective feedback, coaching, training, professional development, and corrective action plans;
• Maintain service, talk/wrap time, data, and customer satisfaction levels;
• Lead workflow distribution and floor management to ensure service levels are satisfied;
• Coordinate the interviewing, hiring and training of customer service representative;
• Monitor interaction between agents and callers to ensure quality assurance standards;
• Perform regular one on one session with staffs, develop and review performance reports, identify areas to improve, and implement measures to improve performance levels and meet objectives;
• Ensure strict adherence to company policies and procedural guidelines.
  

Requirements:

• Strong commitment to world class customer service;
• Superior oral and written English communication skills (fluency in Japanese will be a plus);
• Superb leadership and interpersonal skills;
• Two to five years customer service experience;
• One to two years management/supervisory experience leading teams in call center environment;
• Team facilitation and training skills;
• Strong decision making, change management and negotiation skills;
• Ability to work well and quickly under pressure;
• Flexible with working schedule.
