Role Summary/Purpose
The Global Operations- Finance (GOF), Greater China communication specialist will be responsible for communications execution to enable the organization’s strategy and objectives. Partnering with the General Manager and the leadership team, s/he will lead communications excellence across operations and support on project initiatives. The main communication audiences are internal employees and GOF biz partners.

Essential Responsibilities
• Lead the development and implementation of the internal & external communications for Global Ops Finance in G. China, ensuring alignment with global strategy and messaging. Like annual kick off meeting, quarterly all hands meeting, GOF COLAB …etc. • Consistently and imaginatively communicate the Global Ops Finance vision, strategy and objectives to employees and stakeholders using a range of media and success evaluation methods. • Develop and execute communication plan to enable key initiatives and programs within the organization. • Help to drive the internal communications to ensure consistency of messaging and alignment of approach. • Support executive communications as required. Ensure effective two-way communications, programming and outreach. • Review, enhance and develop the communication channels and tools that will enable the communication strategic objectives to be achieved. • Continue to expand communication at all levels of the organization through appropriate training, coaching, and best practice sharing. • Other adhoc projects.

Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a multi-faceted communications role (must include organization communication experience)• Strong communications experience within a fast-moving and changing business environment• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Ability to interact effectively with executive leadership and across all levels of the organization – executive presence and outstanding presentation skills• Demonstrable accuracy & articulation in written and oral language, in English and Chinese.• Advance knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)

Understanding of China, GGO and the GE businesses• Shared service center experience• Working knowledge of Finance
