Role Summary/Purpose
Responsible for assisting with planning, coordinating and managing some or all marketing elements for a given customer segment including VOC gathering, marketing plan development, formulating a targeted value proposition and tailoring the marketing mix for the segment and serve as a key role to implement marketing strategy in each region.

Essential Responsibilities
 Understand customer’s needs as well as values and benefits sought for the product through visit important target doctor or key account customers with the scope of enhancing the product acceptance and the product knowledge.
 Leverage market research and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities, get the detailed aspect of the way of our customers using the products and the feedback from the clinical experience.
 Help deliver company message to region level
 Work with training/sales/medical/product team to help implement timely & routinely local product & medical training
 Convert marketing offering /best practice to local solution
 Expand external focus of the market via organize local marketing event, such as Omnibus and Doctor Group Meeting (DGM) and give or coach sales rep to give the lecture.
 Cooperate with marketing staff to organize scientific activities and international events, and get the feedback to the marketing & Medical affair department.

Qualifications/Requirements
 Bachelor degree in medical or relevant major
 Above 2-3 years sales experience in medical industry, 1-2 years local marketing experience preferred.
 Proven record of accomplishment of establishing and managing project plans, adjusting to changing circumstances. Prioritizes and effectively controls key milestones.
 Successful experience working in team environment.
 Healthcare industry experience, pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
 Exceptional drive and creativity.
 Highly energized, works proactively and demonstrates flexibility in approach to changing work priorities.
 Demonstrated ability to work effectively with customers and/or sales force
 Team oriented – ability work well with diverse, cross-functional teams
