Role Summary/Purpose

The Commercial & Marketing IT Project Manager role is to use creative, innovative and emerging technologies to support GGO China initiatives with focus on marketing and commercial activities. This individual will work closely with global digital media technologies IT team and GGO China marketing team to identify, recommend, develop and implement IT technologies to empower the region success under global standard.

Essential Responsibilities

• Provide business solutions project leadership for the planning, evaluation, design, development and implementation of major technology adoption in commercial and marketing space. Set up multi-generation IT plans to drive business process impact. • Support and localize global commercial and key account management platforms e.g. Salesforce.com, BI, mobility with increased efficiency and reduced cost / timeline • Leverage existing solutions and global GE designs to drive standardization & simplification to reduce implementation timelines and costs • Support project management, planning, and operating rhythm deliverables including frequent communication and presentations to team members, project leadership, suppliers, and business stakeholders. • Be a change leader for integrating current and emerging information technologies into sustainable business solutions • Develop peer, cross-functional and cross-business relationships to maximize best practice sharing and team effectiveness

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information systems or computer engineering is preferred — additional technical majors or business major with technical concentration may be applicable.• 5+ years of working experience including minimum of 3 years in business solution IT implementation• Strong track record of understanding and interest in CRM or mobility technologies with demonstrated through training, job experience and/or industry activities• Demonstrated customer focus – evaluates decisions through the eyes of the customer; builds strong customer relationships and creates processes with customer viewpoint• Strong analytical skills – strong problem solving skills, communicates in a clear and succinct manner and effectively evaluates information/data to make decisions; anticipates obstacles and develops plans to resolve• Proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities.• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.• Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment• Able to energize and inspire others to commit to and take action on business priorities
