Tasks Description
- Handle general inquiries from customers concerning the recruiting process, providing information on the status of current recruiting tasks and general administrative support
- Explain policies and procedures via telephone & e-mail (supported by answers to predefined question, e.g. Q&A lists), taking ownership of the solutions and ensuring timely, accurate and value add responses.
- The efficient delivery of recruiting related tasks includes the administrative support of all process steps, from supporting the initiation of a requisition, posting the vacancy in agreed sourcing channels, coordinating selection procedures to taking care of supporting all necessary pre-conditions for the employment (e.g. medical check, background check) of a selected candidate.
- Ensure appropriate documentation of current status of customer queries to secure on high customer service at any point in time (e.g. status of requisition of confirmation of interview) via eRecruiting system and enquiry management tool (CRM). Furthermore, the role owner is responsible to take care of creating, posting and manage the flow of all working documents.
- Manage information of new hires and deployments (internal changes within Bayer) by means of Bayer SAP systems as well informing all parties that are involved in the recruiting process. This includes entering of HR master data (details can be found in respective working instructions), conducting quality checks (ICS) as well as correction of existing data.
- Create letters of intent as well as labor contracts and provide new as correction of existing data.
- Initiate reimbursement of relocation costs as well as other benefits & rewards.
- Run monthly reports and provide information to respective parties.
- Refer issues to the Recruiter when unable to solve personally.
- Support the development, maintenance and improvement of a detailed knowledge management of the recruiting process and according interfaces for the respective countries.
Requirements Description
- College degree or similar and a basic understanding of HR processes.
- Prior experience in Recruitment Operations and HR Services in a corporate environment desirable
- Knowledge of the respective recruiting policies, recruiting process desirable.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) as well as high customer service orientation.
- High degree of reliability and motivation.
- Eager to learn and flexibility in adapting quickly to a changing process environment.
- Ability to follow instructions as well as established practices/procedures
- Basic English language skills, plus local / regional language requirements.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook/Lotus Notes
