This is a Contractor Role.

Primary Responsibilities:
· Managing Global Operations- Finance, Greater China GM and GM’s leadership team’s travels, meeting schedule and basic
· Coordinating operations reviews/ staff meeting for the leadership group operation administration, prepare presentations, reports, spreadsheets, meeting minutes and other business information
· Initiatives follow up to ensure timely achievement of commitments for multiple business priorities
· Visitor arrangement, all employee meetings/ calls, engagement activities
· Acting as the co-facilitator for any Support Central sites, online tools, or distribution list
· Anticipate needs and accomplishes responsibilities without direction
· Ad hoc or project supports

Qualifications Required:
· Bachelor degree is a must. MBA, Finance/Accounting degree is a plus
· Ability to work in a cross-functional matrix environment. Experience working in multi-national companies in the finance environment is a plus
· Strong written and verbal communications skills
· Strong analytical and presentation skills. Able to interact with senior leadership team
· Strong ability to utilize MS office software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
· Able to work independently and highly responsive
· High integrity and able to maintain confidentiality at all times
