This is a contractor role

Call Center Agent targets to establish and keep good relationship with customers by providing one-stop service, which is responsible for

- Supporting on customer’s commercial enquiry, like purchasing channel, commercial support, quality, field service and delivery related complaint processing;

- Providing accurate order status and inventory level to the customer, while requested;

- Per company policy, handling product claims in an appropriate manner;

- Managing and coordinating on on-site service;

- Dealing with complaints, feedback to relevant functions for improvement;

- Regular NPS survey.

Qualifications Required:

- College degree or above and at least 3 year experience in call center service or customer service related field;

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

- Good understanding of internal guideline and products/service;

- Ownership and responsible;

- Able to work under pressure.
