Role Summary/Purpose

Essential Responsibilities

Select, qualify, monitor, and assure the ongoing supplier quality of electromechanical components through a comprehensive set of quality tools and processes. Execute NPI programs on schedule and expectation as quality owner. Support to improve supplier’s capacity and delivery subject to safety, quality and reliability. Drive PPM reduction to hit operation goal by project. Improve the robustness and maturity level of the supplier’s quality system. Conduct product audit, process audit, system audit and surprise audit. Proactively identify quality risks and issues, and close the findings timely. Comply with integrity requirements.

Qualifications/Requirements

BS degree or above in Electrical / Electronic Engineering, minimum five (5) years working experience in quality, manufacturing or engineering.Strong background and experience in quality assurance, quality control and quality management, familiar with statistical quality control tools, such as FMEA, gage R&R, SPC etc.Self-discipline, self-starter, ability to work in cross-functional & global environment.Quick learner and strong problem solving skills.Mature, responsible, self-motivated and result oriented.Passion for excellence with high integrity, commitment to quality, fluent in oral and written in English and Chinese, willing to take frequent travel and work with suppliers.
