This is a Contractor Role.

Position Summary

Follow up working instruction/drawings to perform assembly process independently; deliver quality of assembly in self work station; accept and comply with company policy and safety regulation in daily activities.

根据操作规范，产品图纸独立完成生产任务；保障在本工位中的产品装配质量；接受并严格遵守公司的规章制度及安全条例。

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Follow working instruction/ drawings (in English) to perform daily assembly work.

根据图纸（英语）和作业指导书进行日常装配。

2. Ensure the company policy and safety regulation has been fully complied.

严格遵守公司的规章制度及安全条例。

3. Be sensitive of quality of process and products, ensure every process step is aligned with company quality standards and requirements.

对产品与制造过程的质量表现保持高度的敏感，保证每一个加工制造工序均符合公司的质量标准与要求。

4. Continuously improvement in terms of productivity and quality，to pursuit the perfection.

在生产效率与产品质量上持续改进，追求完美。

5. Specialize all different kinds of assembly tools, use it into process with high efficiency; tools/ equipments maintenance; simple trouble solving.

熟练使用相关装配工具以达到高效率的工作；维护保养装配工具、设备；排除简易故障。

6. Be able to record & report the problem during assembly process.

记录和报告在工作中遇到的问题。

7. Be able to work with other team members to reach target.

与团队中的其他员工紧密合作以达成工作目标。

8. Responsible for daily 5S in his/her work site.

做好自己岗位的5S工作。

9. Carry out the “Lean Manufacturing” principle and the “Excellent in Execution” in daily work.

在日常工作中，贯彻“精益制造”和“完美执行”。

10. Accept tasks assigned by shift leader and manufacturing manager, and follow up the instruction strictly.

接受班组长及生产经理的工作安排，严格遵循他们的指导。

Supervisory Responsibilities

Required Education

Vestibule school or above in mechanical or electrical

技工学校以上机械/电气专业

Required Experience

1year plus working experience, specialize in switch box assembly is preferred.

1年以上工作经验，有相关开关柜装配经验者优先。

Specialized Knowledge/Skills

1. Have certificate of electrical, ability of reading electrical/mechanical assemble diagram is preferred.

持有电工证，能看懂电气/机械装配图纸者优先。

2. Good team work spirit.

良好的团队协作精神。
