Role Summary/Purpose

Essential Responsibilities

· Develop Asia lighting suppliers and qualify their lighting products for global market; · Own product design and validation; · Work with global technology and other function teams to ensure program on-time delivery; hold conference calls if need; · Work with suppliers and improve their capability to GE standards; · Own GE internal review process of program execution.

Qualifications/Requirements

· Engineering background, Halogen lamp or CFL experience both design and process are preferred;· Communication skills on both oral and written English;· Good sense of risk management;· Full of team work spirit; · Eager to initiate and drive changes cross different function teams; willing to take challenges and learn new knowledge.
