Role Summary/Purpose

The successful applicant will join the Onboard Maintenance System (OMS) and FRS (Flight Recording System) Architecture and Requirements team. They will work with the System Architects and Requirements Lead to develop requirements for current and next generation FRS products.

Essential Responsibilities

Support Architecture and Requirements team by developing requirements that capture FRS product architectures. Participate in architecture reviews and provide feedback/input on proposed designs and modifications/enhancements. Manage requirement changes by supporting the PECOE Change Control Board Act as focal point for all FRS requirements needs (both internal and external) Lead System Requirements Reviews for FRS Support Supplier requirements reviews Own the FRS Doors database. Responsible for tagging, updates, baselines, and releases to Technical Writing Services for generation of requirements specifications.

Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor of Science in engineering. Mechanical or Electrical preferred.At least two year’s experience in systems engineering and/or requirements development and managementStrong organizational skillsStrong oral and written communication skills in English languagePositive leadership and interpersonal characteristics
