- Overview of the position:
- Responsible for the successful project management and go-live of Clarins China Tmall flagship store
- Responsible for daily management,adaptation and implementation of Tmall flagship store from creative to execution and sales revenues generation
- Strong interaction with local marketing and digital & e-commerce team
Reponsibility:
· Tmall flagship store “build phase” project implementation:
o Shop design supervision, with the input of HQ digital content team and Tmall service provider team
o Management of respect of the project schedule
o Coordination of various project team members (internal and external) to ensure timely project delivery date
o Support and execute all necessary tasks related to flagship store set-up: coordination of photo shooting for products, implementation of flagship store template, tests and QA of the platforms, etc…
· Tmall flagship store “run phase” management
o Helping Digital & e-commerce head to follow up on Tmall store operational tasks, co-ordinate internal resources (brand, product, marketing) and work with service partner to ensure effective and efficient Tmall operation arrangement
o Tmall store operations and store planning activities:
o Improve store metrics and performance through CTR optimization, page views and conversions to sales targets;
o Ensuring sufficient inventory for regular and promotion activities and the related supplier chain arrangements: avoid out of stocks situations, optimize quality of service, etc…
o Marketing resources on Tmall/Taobao supervision
o Shop design and promotional event design clearance
o Training for service partner
o Faked product and IP right infringement right combat action co-ordination
o Post sales customer issues management which related to products and brands (such as sensitive reaction handling)
o Constant shop data analysis and competitors sites data collection, assessment and analysis
Requirements:
· At least 2 years of experience in managing a Tmall flagship store, ideally for a FMCG company. Cosmetics industry experience is preferred
· Have a good online marketing experience and skills, sales management skills and client service focus
· Proficient in Tmall environment: rankings, commenting, framework management, various promotion channels
· Familiar with all kinds of activities within the rules of Tmall and Taobao
· Strong planning and organizational skills
· Proficient in data cube analysis
· Strong sense of responsibility, team spirit, strong negotiation skills and ability to innovate
· Positive, good communication skills, cheerful and generous
· Good level of English required for communication with Regional and Global teams
