受某跨国公司委托，招聘Project Manager，Beijing 1名 以及 Shenzhen 1名，具体描述如下:

Job Descriptions
? Communicating with product manager and business development manager for the project requirements and goals.
? Coordinate internally and externally to establish and maintain agreed scope and statements of work.
? Establish and track an integrated program schedule and metrics that accurately measure progress. Plan and manage all phased program deliverables to support program gateway reviews and approvals.
? Identify potential problems in sufficient time for corrective action to be taken, and ensure the meeting of commitments. Track urgent issues.
? Define and communicate with the cross function team internally and externally for product development process/requirements, follow and continuously improve the process.
? Have an eye on whole but have attention on details tracking

Working Experience
? MSEE or BSEE
? Minimum of 5 years experience for IT project management

Expertise/Skills
? Effective working cross-functionally; effective communication skills
? Demonstrated program management fundamentals including:
? Scheduling, tracking, communicating status;
? Managing projects;
? Risk management;
? Contingency planning;
? Interface definition
? And ability to coordinate the necessary resources.
? Results oriented
? Knowledge of NFC or Mobile OS would be a plus

Personal Attributes
? Good communicator in both oral and written English
? Team player, able to work in a cross-functional-team environment
? Good thinker, problem solver with good leadership and ownership.
