受某跨国公司委托招聘Analog Mixed Design Manager，工作地点上海或北京，职位要求如下：

1. A proven leader that can build a team in the area of mixed-signal/analog IC design and can execute complex design project working with multi-discipline teams that span across national boundaries and time zones

2. Technically competent in one or several area of I/O transceiver design (PCIe, USB, SATA etc), Memory I/O (DDR, GDDR), power regulator or DC-to-DC converter, thermo-sensing/temperature monitor and PLL/DLL/clock generation/distribution

3. The person is expected to lead a design team to work in conjunction with other teams at various geographical locations (including North America and India) to develop mixed-signal IP for Company

4. A minimum of BS degree in the relevant field and 10+ years of experience with at least 5+ years in management. A MS degree or higher is preferred.
