Position: SAM (Senior Account Manager)—Shanghai Office
Report to: Account Director
Job Summary: Manage and conduct all assigned account service activities with client directly or team members to achieve client’s goals。

Job Requirements：

1、Bachelor degree or above；
2、Above 6 years experience in public relations, marketing，advertising field, of which not less than 2 years in international public relations, advertising agency; or internet/digital communication field；
3、3+ years of agency account management experience;
4、Strategic and creative thinker;
5、Excel in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines on time；
6、Outgoing, independent, self-motivated with good interpersonal skills;
7、Strong leadership and team management;
8、Confident and be comfortable presenting to clients on a regular basis；
9、Multi-tasking flair; well-versed in current affairs；
10、Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese；
11、Fluency in English, Mandarin speaking is a must。

Job Responsibilities:
1、Manage daily account activity;
2、Provide ongoing support and feedback to middle and junior staff；
3、Review and edit all work products to include approaches and written materials；
4、 Direct development of client strategies；
5、Guide team on strategic thinking and creative PR concept development；
6、Develop PR strategic proposals according to clients’ needs and responsible for Its implement on time;
7、Supervise team members to ensure that their performance and work product meets the company’s standards of quality and professionalism;
8、Counsel clients and develop healthy and good client relationship;
9、Lead client meetings to review programs and status;
10、Track project budget to ensure compliance with projections；
11、Submit quarterly reports on industry trends & assigned client related materials;
12、Support senior level staff with various project and activities;
13、Manage retainer programs and new business development；
14、Manage vendor relationship;
15、Co-develop group business plan;
16、Maintain healthy and good relationships with and between team members—Event Management team, Content Management team, Creative team, Beijing office,
17、Oversee staff and team development including coaching, mentoring, performance reviewing.


任职要求：
1、 本科或以上学历
2、 6年以上公关，市场，广告行业经验，或2年以上国际PR公司，4A公司或国际/数字行业经验
3、 3年以上客户管理经验
4、 富有战略和创新思维
5、 能适应快节奏的工作环境，并按时完成任务
6、 性格外向，独立自主，自我创新，并有良好的人际关系
7、 较强的领导能力和团队管理能力
8、 定期的服务客户
9、 多角度的眼光，精通行业信息
10、 中英文读写能力佳
11、 中英文表达能力强

6、根据客户需求制定品牌发展战略，并及时满足客户要求
7、监督实施质量，以确保高质量高专业的完成
8、维系客户，并发展良好的客户关系
9、组织客户会议了解项目的进度和状况
10、完成相关项目的前期预算
11、向客户提供专业化的报告以及行业趋势的预测
12、辅助上级完成高质量的项目
13、服务好客户并拓展新的业务
14、管理好客户关系
15、合作开发新业务
16、团队氛围融洽，并与活动部，服务部，创意部以及北京分公司维系好关系
17、掌控人员和团队发展，包括教导，绩效和培训需求。
