Associate Director / Sr. Consultant

Responsibility:

• Lead to maintain and grow existing client offerings, pitch new business opportunities
• and meet revenue/profitability target;
• Build up and maintain positive interaction with client GM, senior management and key PR persons;
• Provide advice on client marketing strategy and plan;
• Lead client workshops and important meetings;
• Build up and maintain positive networking with international agency partners and other contacts;
• Develop and maintain broad and deep media relations, esp. VVIPs of media groups and TV station managers, etc., and take in-depth understanding of their styles and characteristics;
• Contribute to the teamwork atmosphere, identifying and sharing good practices across groups and offices;
• Provide coaching and mentoring to less senior staff, helping them grow into more mature PR professionals;
• Perform effective people management within the practice group, coordinating with HR in recruitment, performance & compensation management;
• Lead project management, including large and complicated events;
• Contribute to training and policy.

Requirement:

• At least 7-10 years working experience in public relation agencies or related ones;
• P&G experience preferred, minimum FMCG experience;
• Have big picture and strategic thinking in PR management;
• Crisis management experience is a plus;
• Capabilities to understand the key concept of a brand and how to develop creative
• ideas based on the concept or key message;
• Good skills in PPT and proposal writing;
• Better to coordinate in business development planning;
• Team management skill, has passion and sense to coach and grow the members, but
• not only wants to control them;
• Have strong communication skills and ability to influence key partner / co-workers
• and get them to buy in to plans;
• Bilingual in English and Chinese.
